Most of the pieces on this recording were "constructed" starting from guitar improvisations received through the mail, the aim of this project was "not being together at the same time and in the same place" followed by a virtual assembly post-recording.

Recorded between 1999/2003 at various locations in Europe and U.S.A. by LM and all the guitar players involved in this project (except for Derek Bailey's contribution which was recorded by John Haddon on June 22, 1991 and used here with Derek's kind permission.)
Assembled and mixed at Auditorium & Humidity studios, Milan, in summer 2003, by Piero Chianura.
Pre-production and final mastering by Roberto Zanisi at Studio Barzan, Milan.

A big "thank you" to all the guitarists who contributed to this project with so much enthusiasm, to my son Luca and, of course, Carla for lots of things, not least the cover photo.
